Ms. Abrigo, is the managing partner of Leslie L Abrigo, APC. She is a dedicated professional with over 13 years of legal experience. Her career focus is family law. She has served as co-counsel on a 7 day jury trial, lead counsel on various bench trials, and has been heard on a number of law and motion hearings on civil matters. She drafted and filed several appeals and argued in front of the court of appeals and the Ninth Circuit. She has further appeared on a number of administrative hearings and trials as well as appeals with the BIA. She also served as co-chair on a 10 day jury trial for a criminal case and in class action wage hour litigation (employment law).
She has participated in countless family law trials, settlement conferences, and hearings. Leslie is a graduate of the California Western School of Law. Eva Moreno Marks
Ms. Marks is a graduate from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) where she spent her time volunteering for the Justice Corp. Family Law Unit. During her time with Justice Corp., Ms. Marks began her career in the area of Family Law.
While at Howard University School of Law, Ms. Marks was a member of the Family Law Certificate Program. During her summer clerkships, she was a member of the legal team responsible for setting up the Family Justice Center in Los Angeles County.
Since graduating law school and becoming licensed to practice law, Ms. Marks has primarily worked in private pratice and handled countless divorce, separation, adoption, child support, custody and visitation issues.
